The Patek Philippe Aquanaut comes in two sizes. The Ref. 5165 has a case diameter of 38mm, while the Ref. 5167 has a case diameter of 40mm. Both versions use stainless steel cases. The Aquanauts comes with a water resistant composite strap, but the 40mm version is also available with a stainless steel strap. As it name implies, the Aquanaut is meant to be used near the water and it has a decent water resistance rating of 120 meters.
