Last May 2008 we reported that the Rolex Sea-Dweller 4000 was discontinued in April 2008 to give way to the Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA. There was some debate as to whether Rolex Sea-Dweller 4000. Well, it is now official. The Rolex Sea-Dweller 4000 is no longer on Rolex's Website and not on the latest Rolex Catalog.
The Sea-Dweller 4000 was the culmination of the 30 year partnership of Rolex and the legendary commercial deep sea diving company, COMEX. For better or worse (for worse we think), the Sea-Dweller 4000 is now a piece of Rolex history.
