I was walking past one of the local Rolex authorized distributors (Washington Jewelers), and witnessed a previously unbelievable sight. Well, pre-recession at least. Sitting in a display window were two stainless steel Rolex Daytona's, one with a white dial and the other with a black one. Obtaining one of these "grail" watches normally meant spending a long time on a waiting list.
On the next window were three Rolex Milgauss, including the previously hard to find green glassed 11600GV.
I am not sure if I should be amazed or worried.
