SIHH 2011 or the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie 2011 will be held on January 17-21, 2011. A.Lange & Söhne, Alfred Dunhill, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Cartier, JeanRichard, Girard Perregaux, Greubel Forsey, IWC, Jaeger LeCoultre, Montblanc, Officine Panerai, Parmigiani Fleurier, Piaget, Ralph Lauren Watch Jewelry Co., Richard Mille, Roger Dubuis, Vacheron Constantin, and Van Cleef & Arpels will be showing their latest releases during the four day show.
The SIHH is held in Geneva at Palexpo Exhibition Center near the Geneva airport. Unfortunately, No, SIHH is a trade fair and only open to those persons who have been invited and registered by the exhibiting brands.
It is hard to predict what these watchmakers will be releasing for 2011. We do expect IWC to do a revamp of one of their lines. In 2009, IWC revamped the entire Aquatimer line-up and in 2010 did an almost complete revamp of their Portuguese line. As for Panerai, while expect to see some completely new models, we do think a significant portion of their new watches might simply consist of their older designs being retrofitted with in-house movements.
