With a bit more than a day to go, Rolex posted a BaselWorld 2011 teaser animation on their website. The animation features parts of several different watches. A diamond encrusted bezel did not interest us too much, but this one did. A brushed finished Oyster bracelet, on a slab sided case, like that type used for the Submariner or Rolex Explorer's. What it interesting, is that it does not appear to be the new bulkier "supercase", but the older slimmer design.
Actually, in pictures from a Rolex Commercial for BaselWorld 2010, it did appear that the new Explorer II would not have a supercase.
The next image is even more intriguing. A Rosegold triplock? Does this mean we are going to see a Rosegold Submariner?
