Year of the Pilot's Chronographs. At SIHH 2012, IWC announced six new chronograph watches:
- Pilot's Watch Chronograph (Ref. 3777)
- Pilot's Watch Double Chronograph (Ref. 3778)
- Spitfire Perpetual Calendar Digital Date-Month (Ref. 3791)
- Spitfire Chronograph (Ref. 3878)
- Pilot's Watch Chronograph Top Gun (Ref. 3880)
- Pilot's Watch Chronograph Top Gun Miramar (Ref. 3880)
There is pretty much something for everybody, as they not only vary in styles but also in terms of movements. The Pilots Watch Chronograph uses a basic chronograph movement. The new Spitfire, Spitfire Perpetual Calendar, Top Gun, and Top Gun Miramar chronographs feature flyback movements. You also have a double chronograph option available.
My favorite is the the new Spitfire Chronograph Ref. 3878. I love the new cleaner dial with only two sub-dials. The flyback function makes it special enough, being a cut above the typical chronograph.

Which is yours?
